BUILDING SECURITY
Crossroad 77 provides a 24-hour internal security team who patrols the entire building premises.
All Crossroad 77 employees are mandated to wear their identification badges. Thus, the Licensee may refuse to allow inside the venue any employees not wearing proper identification badges.
All event personnel are subject to inspection of cartons, packages or containers brought into or taken out of the building. All event personnel must wear proper identification issued by the Licensee.
Crossroad 77 shall not be responsible for any loss of props, equipment, personal effects, and materials belonging to the lessee or its staff or performers unless the same has been officially (and in writing) turned over to the custody of Crossroad 77.

Otherwise, a 15% Corkage fee (supported by OR) for services of a non-accredited caterer shall be remitted to Crossroad77 by the client immediately after the event.
top ^ PAYMENT TERMS
A 25% reservation deposit of the venue rental along with the signed Licensed Agreement and booking confirmation contract must be given to Crossroad 77 management on the specified due date.
The remaining balance of the rent and other sums must be accomplished at the period stated in the contract.
Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:
piano rental, new digital sound system rental, damages to physical plant & equipment, on-site document reproduction, excess hour usage of the venue, technical dress rehearsal, additional dedicated security personnel arranged through Crossroad 77, additional function rooms, corkage or non-accredited caterer's fee, on premise sales commission.
Cancellation made shall automatically mean forfeiture of the full payment in favor of Crossroad 77. Re-booking will be subject to availability and confirmation with a duration of only up to one year unless arrangements are agreed upon by both parties.
Excess hours (exclusive of ingress and egress) consumed thirty minutes onwards shall be charged on a per hour basis.
Modes of payment will either be in Cash or Bank Manager's Check payable to Crossroad 77 Property Consultancy Services, Inc. Personal checks will not be accepted.
top ^ TAXES, ROYALTIES, AND INSURANCE
The Lessee assumes full responsibility for:
All taxes and permits that may be required for the activity or production.
All Royalties and any other form of payment with respect to intellectual property rights on components of or the entire production.
Accident insurance coverage for all production personnel, for accidents that may be due to actual work on the production in the theater and its premises.
Any claim, demand, responsibility, or course of action as a consequence or outcome of the Lessee's production in the theater.
MARKETING COLLATERALS AND DISPLAYS
Design/Layout
Design/ Layout of marketing collaterals (posters, brochures, banners, tickets etc.) and IDs should be presented to Crossroad management for approval prior to printing.
All promotions and marketing materials whether in media, airwaves, or in print must bear the following address and or the place promoted as:

TICKET SELLING
The LESSEE binds himself not to issue or sell tickets in excess of the seating capacity of the theater. Seating capacity is up to 2,200 theater style.
Tickets must be presented to Crossroad 77 management for validation prior to selling and distribution.
Crossroad 77 reserves the right to avail itself of twenty (20) designated seats or complimentary tickets for house guests for every performance/presentations.
top ^ EVENT CONCERNS
The event concept should be in parallel with the conservative and professional image that Crossroad 77 stand for. Thus, any disorder or unbecoming behavior of any kind during the event presentation such as songs/plays with explicit languages or double-entendre is strongly discouraged.
Floor plan
A copy of the event requirements and floor plan must be submitted to Crossroad 77 for review and approval at least 60 days prior to the first show day. Floor plans are not considered approved without signed and stamped approval of Crossroad 77.
If the final event requirements and floor plan are different from the initially approved floor plan, the final floor plan must be resubmitted and processed for approval. Resubmission must be received at least ten working days before the first day of the show.
Rehearsals
The Lessee shall be required to submit a list of the production staff and artist connected with the rehearsal/production/performances. Only authorized personnel, artists, directors, technician, shall be allowed on the stage, backstage, and dressing and production room areas.
Production staff and performers shall be expected to leave the stage, backstage, dressing areas and comfort rooms reasonably clean and sanitary.
Rehearsal shall be allowed only on the dates and hours specified in the booking confirmation contract. Punctuality shall be strictly observed and enforced.
Absolutely no smoking, eating and drinking on the stage and backstage area and inside the production rooms. There will be a designated area where production personnel can have their meals/snacks.
Ingress
Entry.
The Lessee shall be required to submit a complete list of the equipment, production materials, production staff and artists connected with the ingress. The list must be submitted not later than three days prior to ingress. All personnel must wear their official events ID upon entry and while inside the building premises.
The Licensee agrees to subject all materials, equipment and other items to be brought inside for inspection by the internal security team.
A written approval from Crossroad 77 must be secured for the method and location of any signages, banners, streamers, posters, decorations prior to ingress schedule.
Signages, Banners, Streamers, Posters, Decorations.
Display of the signages, banners, and the like shall be limited to designated areas only. All signs must be professionally designed and produced. The installation method and locations are subject to approval by Crossroad 77 personnel. Use of nails or double adhesive is strongly discouraged.
Production Design.
Use of double adhesives, hooks, nails, or any material to tape/fasten or hang anything from the walls to ceiling or any of the fixtures without prior approval from Crossroad 77 is strongly prohibited.
All due care must be exercised to avoid damages to the venue facilities. Damages due to negligence of the lessee's personnel shall be charged to the lessee. The lessee shall shoulder the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged properties.
The use of Velcro, stick-on, double adhesive tapes and similar items is prohibited on painted walls within the facility.
Cables and electrical wirings running on the floor must be properly covered with rubber mouldings or electrical tape.
No major construction/set up is allowed within the facility. All must be pre-fabricated or ready for installation. No permanent changes should be made in the venue such as repainting of walls or floors, boring of holes, or attaching semi-permanent structure on the walls, floor or ceiling.
No fixture or equipment shall be removed from its original place unless with approval from Crossroad 77 management prior to ingress time. |

Event
Crossroad 77 shall assign an overall coordinator to oversee the event and ensure that the guidelines are strictly implemented. Event shall be limited to the venue being rented.
Security.
All security personnel contracted by the Lessee must wear proper uniforms while on duty at the Center. Fire arms are prohibited unless written approval from Crossroad 77 is secured.
Crossroad 77 reserves the right to require additional security personnel and to modify the proposed deployment if warranted by the nature of the event.
The Licensee agrees to allow the venue's security cameras turned-on for recording purposes. Events with exhibits are required to provide 24-hour event security.
At no time will Crossroad 77 lower lighting levels to total darkness.
Air-conditioning.
Air-conditioning for the venue and production rooms is provided an hour before the event.
Power.
In case of power failure due to power outage, Crossroad 77 can only provide power enough for emergency lights and for minor audio equipment for speech and sound . Lessee can hire or rent power generator suppliers in advance as stand by in case of such events for additional power and this will be fore the account of the Lessee.

Please be advised that patching/adding to our existing sound system is strongly discouraged. Otherwise, the Licensee can provide for their own at their own account.
top ^ Entry.
People will not be permitted inside any area of the venue in excess of the established capacity. Any person whose conduct is objectionable, disorderly or disruptive or in violation of any laws shall be refused entrance or shall be immediately ejected from the premises. Licensee assumes full responsibility for the acts and conduct of its exhibitors, agents, employees, invitees and attendees of the event.
Fog/Smoke/Laser Lights. No fog or smoke effects or laser light shows shall be permitted without the express prior written approval by Crossroad 77.
Solicitations. No collections or donations, whether for charity or otherwise, shall be made, attempted or announced on the premises without the prior written approval of Crossroad 77.
Broadcasting Rights/Recording/Photographs.
All photographers and videographers hired to document an event must sign an application for permission to photograph or film the venue prior or during the event.
It is the responsibility of the licensee to make all arrangements for such recording, broadcasting, telecasting, videotaping, audio recording or transcription and to notify the facility, in writing, as to these arrangements. The Licensee is responsible for all costs associated with such broadcast and/or recording rights. A copy of the recording must be presented to Crossroad 77 prior to its airing.
Cooking.
Cooking of food shall not be allowed in the venue, there will be a designated kitchen facility for their use. Caterers commissioned by the Lessee shall coordinate with Crossroad 77 for rules and regulations.
Smoking/Drinking.
Crossroad 77 is a non-smoking and non-alcohol accommodating facility. Any beverages with alcoholic content will not be allowed inside the premise.
Production rooms.
Air-conditioning for the production room is provided an hour before the event. Keys to the production rooms are handled by Crossroad 77's internal security, only people authorized by the Licensee can ask for the doors to be opened.
top ^ Product Sampling.
Product sampling of sponsors for the show or activity shall be subject to approval by Crossroad 77 prior to the event date. All sampling must be confined to a controlled area.
Sale , sampling or display of alcoholic beverages is strongly prohibited.
On-premise selling.
The Licensee agrees to acquire approval from Crossroad 77 for any on-premise selling. Crossroad 77 reserves the right to impose and collect a negotiated commission from the sales with provision of official sales receipt.
Safety Regulations.
All doors leading to required fire exit ways must be kept unblocked at all times.
Hazardous materials are prohibited. These include: Compressed flammable gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, propane. Flammable and combustible liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, cleaning solvents and other petroleum-based materials.
Hazardous chemicals such as pool chemicals, pesticides, corrosives, herbicides, poisons, etc.
Fireworks inside the building
Welding or cutting
The Licensee shall not permit any live animals, reptile, fish or bird to remain in the venue unless approved in writing by Crossroad 77. Properly trained assistance dog accompanying a person with a disability is accepted but must at all times remain on leash or under similar control.
Lost and Found.
All lost and found articles are turned over to Crossroad 77 management. Every effort is made to identify the owner and return all articles. All items will be kept within 20 days after the event, afterwards, all items will be disposed of.
Egress
The Licensee agrees to clear out and vacate the rented premises immediately after the event. The client agrees to present for inspection all materials, equipment and all other items to be brought outside the venue. The Licensee is expected to restore the used venue to its original condition.
top ^ LOSS, DAMAGES AND INDEMNIFICATION
Crossroad 77 internal security team will inspect the venue prior to move-in and during move-out to determine existing conditions of the spaces.
The Licensee agrees to take full responsibility for any loss or damages caused by him, his event team or guests that occurred during the time of ingress, event proper, and egress. Damages must be settled immediately before egress time.
In permitting the use of function rooms mentioned in the agreement, Crossroad 77 does not relinquish and does hereby retain the right to enforce all Rules and Regulations for the efficient management and operation of the venue. The licensee shall at all times be subject to Crossroad 77's right to control. In no event will Crossroad 77 be liable to Licensee for consequential damages or lost profits as a result of this right.
